  • Emotional support: grounding presence for postpartum parents during recovery and adjustment.

  • Support for parent self-care: facilitating rest, showers, meals, hydration, and nervous-system regulation.

  • Gentle education: newborn rhythms, postpartum recovery, and evidence-based infant care.

  • Practical routine building: help creating calming daily routines and sustainable household flow.

  • Light baby-related care: newborn laundry and gentle resetting of feeding and care spaces to make mornings easier.

  • Morning prep: prepare bottles, supplies, and necessities for a calm transition into the day.

  • Gentle education and reassurance: evidence-based guidance delivered with respect for intuition and ancestral wisdom.

  • Emotional presence at night: compassionate, steady, nonjudgmental support during vulnerable moments.
